Scholarship Application

Our higher education scholarship competition opens from January 1 until March 31 each year. All applications must be received by 11:59 pm EST on March 31. Application forms are located in the link below. We award 2-4, $500-1,000 scholarships each year.

The LEAD Executive Board considers the following criteria in determining scholarship eligibility:

1. Graduates from a US high school

2. Application and admission to institutes of higher education (colleges, community colleges, or state universities) that are public institutions

3. Financial need

4. Bilingual or multilingual background

Our scholarships are open to all students, irrespective of documentation status (undocumented, Temporary Protective Status, DACA, US-born, naturalized citizens, etc.).

Scholarships are not automatically renewed each year. You must reapply annually for the scholarship.

To apply for our scholarships, please complete the LEAD Scholarship Application Forms above. Applicants can apply and write personal essays in English, Spanish, or French, or a combination. The links open to a Google form that we will use to review your information and to contact you directly.
